Nicole Richie’s House of Harlow 1960 is said to be launching a handbag line for the fall. Seeing as Nicole has become so business savvy and successful, will Harlow head up the next generation of Heiress’? Maybe she and Kingston Rossdale can get together and rule the fashion world. (WWD)
