TOP 10: Most Epic BFFs Right Meow

What makes a best friend? Not just someone to give the other half of your best friend necklace with, surely. With a dash of drama, a pinch of free stuff, and a handful of interesting lyrical comparisons, here are our top/completely genuine ~Celebrity BFF~ pairs for you to peruse.

Taylor Swift & Selena Gomez

Sometimes celebrities are so normal I momentarily forget that they are – allegedly – a big deal. Like all normal best friends, Taylor and Selena pretend they are Nicki Minaj by posting public videos of them rapping “Super Bass”, *Instagram* a multitude of photos of their cupcake baking endeavours, and (probably) gossip about Justin Bieber and his swag…gy.

Justin Bieber & Jaden Smith

This duo once told me (on what I assumed to be a personal level) to “never say never”, and I’ve since taken that advice and applied it to every inch of my life. And although Jaden acknowledges that Justin is bigger than him, taller than him, older than him, stronger than him, and has longer arms than him, I really do believe that J-Smith and JB embody the true meaning of biffle-dom.

Jay-Z & Kanye

The bros behind the wildly acclaimed “Watch the Throne” are unsurprisingly/assumedly trying to taking over the world together. Is it working? That’s my B*tch.

Jennifer Aniston & Chelsea Handler

Considering one decade of her life was pretty much entirely dedicated to being a “friend”, Jennifer Aniston is certainly no stranger to the meaning of true friendship. And Chelsea Handler gets to be the other half of it. They’re probably really fun.

Gwyneth Paltrow & Madonna

Gwyneth recently sashayed into a musical career of some sort, and I’m certain that Madge was there cheering her on. Or not. Or maybe. Although these two have called it quits more times than a lot of unstable celebrities in unstable relationships, I’d like to think that both of these “material girls” are genetically programmed to be best friends living in this “material world”.

Victoria Beckham & Katie Holmes

Who wouldn’t want to be best biffles with a Spice Girl? I know I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity. Posh and Katie are mostly seen partaking in various shopping-related activities, but I am sure they have many intelligent/fascinating/groundbreaking conversations revolving around their superstar husbands and fashionable children. Probably.

David Beckham & Snoop Dogg

This makes a lot of sense so I don’t have many things to say to explain this particular situation, really.

Kelly Osbourne & Miley Cyrus

Since their respective fathers are both considerably well-known musicians, it is no surprise that Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus became young-Hollywood’s BFFs of the moment. Although their public friendship mostly consists of Miley screwing up and Kelly defending her actions, these two definitely have the capacity to become Oprah/Gayle caliber-friends.

Lea Michelle & Jonathan Groff

Although they were ~romantic~ rivals on “Glee”, Lea Michelle and Jonathan Groff are actually real-life BFFs. Before the pop culture phenomenon was what it is now, Lea and Jonathan shared a stage in the Broadway production of “Spring Awakening”. And now they are inseparable.

Katy Perry & Rihanna

It all started when Katy complimented Rihanna on her sparkly Valentino bag. Flattered, RiRi promised she would send Katy the same bag as a gift, and on V-Day, she actually followed through. Lesson learned. If I ever see Rihanna I’m going to compliment her endlessly, so she sends me free stuff. ~Bag twins~!
