We’re taking a little break from all of our outfit blogger #FFs to venture into a little ~fine art~. If you like pretty things drawn in pretty ways compiled in pretty blogs, then the illustrative work of Kelly Smith at Birdy & Me will probably be right up your alley.

Meticulously rendered and endlessly whimsical, Kelly’s work is captivating and relentlessly stunning. With clients ranging from H&M and Net-a-Porter to Flare Magazine, beautiful illustration after beautiful illustration have made this Aussie lady somewhat of a covetable industry sensation. In comparison to other fashion illustrators of the same caliber, Kelly stands out via her ability to brand herself as not only an artist but also a maker of tangible things.

Her homeware and accessory line, Dancing at Dusk, houses greeting cards, bags, and pillows. And her Etsy shop has a wide variety of prints and original drawings available for purchase.

Whether or not you have artistic inclinations, I feel like it’s safe to say that Kelly Smith, alongside copious amounts of circles, hummingbirds and pretty pastels, is undeniably talented. And if you’re anything like me, you’ll be spending the next couple of hours of your life drowning in the beauty that is her *art*.
