Louis Vuitton and artist Yayoi Kusama launched a pop-up campaign, creating beautiful tentacle polka dot displays, bags, scarves, and more. Kusama wanted to reflect her obsession with the idea of accumulation. I thought the over populated polka dots would be perfect for a DIY! This LV x Yayoi Kusama inspired nail art can be done in any colour, or multiple colours. Try it!
Begin by painting your nails a nice red berry shade, similar to the one used in the campaign.
Using a dotting tool (or a straight pin and/or a bobby pin) begin painting rows of dots, starting with the largest polka dot.
Repeat with smaller polka dots, trying to mimic the Kusama pattern. Seal in your design with a top coat!
