For all you hardcore foodies out there, you may recognize Claire Thomas as the host of the television segment Food For Thought. When Claire isn’t hosting on-screen she creates “30 second recipe” videos and posts them on her personal food obsessed blog. Her simple and straightforward cooking instructions leave you inspired to create your own masterpieces and hungry for more delicious content.

2. SPOON FORK BACON
Spoon Fork Bacon is a delicious blog created by two Californian gals Teri Lyn Fisher and Jenny Park. While Jenny creates the scrumptious eats, Teri documents them through her mouthwatering photography. The duo post a wide variety of recipes from “cheesy quinoa cakes” to “pumpkin thyme mac and cheese”. Their blog has become so widely successful that they recently published a book filled with quick and easy bite-sized eats titled “Tiny Food Party”; a must read for anyone planning a dinner party.

3. SHUTTERBEAN
Blogger extraordinaire Tracy Benjamin of Shutterbean is a mom, photographer and avid food enthusiast. Her website’s ‘tagline’ is Food / Photography / Pretty Things – and, it’s safe to say, that’s accurate. Her recipe roll has an impressive assortment of vegan and vegetarian solutions, so all can enjoy a dish off of her gourmet site.

4. WHAT KATIE ATE
Katie Quinn Davies is a photographer and food enthusiast based in Sydney, Australia. Her blog What Katie Ate, has recently been compiled into a cookbook filled with recipes and beautiful images. Katie’s stunning photography (especially of her cooking processes) is a defining element of her blog and makes her completed meals look even more inviting than they already sound.
