The Evolution of: Rihanna
Let’s take a little walk down memory lane with one of our favourites, BadGal RiRi.
It feels like forever since Rihanna emerged on the scene. Having gone through many stages of success, she has never achieved the amount of buzz that surrounds her today. She is a social media phenomena who is recognized worldwide as not only a talented songstress, but also a fashion icon and an all around beaut. Because she even has a navy of her own, lets just go ahead and call her Queen RiRi. Sorry B, we are going to have to make room for two. Rihanna hasn’t always been a blunt-blowing bad girl, so lets take a gander at what made her who she is today… read more…
Mad Hatter
Hats that inherently look like a multi-media sculpture stolen from the Louvre are arguably the most thrilling and outrageous headwear situations – but since those are typically exclusive to an English horse race of some sort, let’s discuss the ones you find on the streets of Paris during Fashion Week or in the Meatpacking District of New York on an everyday basis. FYI: Canadian Things on Justin Bieber’s Instagram
This pains me to admit, but there are a handful of things that I like about Justin Bieber. I’m usually pretty unabashed about my likes and dislikes, but there’s something very incriminating about admitting an…un-ironic appreciation…for someone who is frequently…not…appreciated…
I think this matter has exploded into less-than-desirable proportions since I skirted around the topic in this guide that I penned to a non-specific/not-exclusive-to-me audience. One Justin Bieber post is plenty, but a second one is (arguably) a little excessive. With that said, you can only imagine that having to speak candidly about this topic is going to end up with me either 1) fleeing the country or 2) appropriating a new identity (read: Selena Gomez). So with the intention of being as kind as possible, please read on to see a not-so-comfortable analysis of Canadian things on Justin Bieber’s Instagram. And remember, judgements are not welcome. read more…

Overall, Great Overalls.
Let’s not deny it (you would be silly to anyway, because you’d totally be an outcast), but everyone had those cherished overalls that they wore through the rough times and the great times. They wore them to camp, birthday parties, playing with the dog in the backyard, when Annie Chu stole your Spice Girls lunch box etc…n=but, I bet you your bottom dollar that you haven’t thought about that beloved denim onesie (of sorts) in a really long time. Why not initiate a little ~update~ to make them age-appropriate, and bring them out to play once more? Here are a few ideas as to what overalls you might like to resurrect. read more…
