At FORA, we have a saying. It’s simple, it’s sweet, and it motivates us when we’re feeling lackluster: LONG LIVE FESTIVAL HAIR.
Just because leaves are turning, snow is falling, or rain is pouring, doesn’t mean we have to pack away our fun & creative hairstyles. We teamed up with göt2b and MUCH creator Tasha Leelyn to recreate some of our favourite festival hair, and to prove that these styles really can work all year long!
With festival season (sadly) coming to a close, we want to try our best to keep the magic of the season alive. Although you’ll soon have to put away your crop tops and cut-offs, why not keep some fun festival hairstyles in rotation all year long!
Take some inspo from these playful looks we found on festival grounds, and stay tuned for our tutorial video where we’ll recreate some looks with göt2b!
We don’t think we’re being dramatic at all in saying that dry shampoo saves lives. Between the stresses of school, getting ahead in your career and trying to remain a ~social butterfly~, the last thing any girl wants to do is carve out time to wash her hair—or even worse, cut into valuable sleeping/reading/TV-watching time.
Dry shampoo gives the people what they want—the glorious opportunity to go just one more day (or maybe a few more days) without washing their hair. But you don’t have to break the bank to maintain your greasy roots. Here are our picks for the best dry shampoos for babes on a budget.

It’s 8:30 a.m. and you have lecture in half an hour, but you’ve been consistently hitting snooze since your first alarm went off an hour ago. Luckily there’s a Starbucks on the way to class and the pajama look is in, but what are you going to do about your I-Fell-Asleep-On-My-Textbook hair? All you need is 5-minutes and some hair product to show the world that you pretty much, basically ~almost~ woke up like this.

September is here, which means it’s almost time to swap summer nights looking up at the stars for fall nights looking up peer reviewed journals (insert as many cry face emojis as necessary).
But do we really have to be sad about hitting the books again? Why not rebel against the norm and aim to make this year your most positive one yet! We teamed up with Much Creator Mila Victoria and Feria by L’Oreal Paris to bring you a ~rebellious~ lookbook featuring bad-A$$ looks and hair colours to match!
As festival season (sadly) comes to a close, we wanted to pack in one last pastel festival *punch* to send it off in ~style~
Inspired by Féria by L’Oréal Paris’ smokey pastel line, we hit the ground running and scouted out some pastel locks on festival grounds this summer, we also got some input into the HAIR-itage behind them. Click through to see some of our fave looks from summer festival season!
Being a competitive athlete means putting in hours upon hours of hardcore gym time to achieve athletic perfection. While we watched in awe at the stamina and perseverance of these athletes, we couldn’t help but also watch in slight envy of their hairstyles too.
No one knows how to craft a long lasting do’ better than an Olympian, and we’ve been scoping out our favourite looks from the girls of Rio 2016. Click below the cut for these athlete approved hairstyles to steal for your next day at the gym, they are sure to last long past your morning yoga class.

When it comes down to it, festivals are really just one giant dance party under the sun for 3-days straight. And what’s the main component of a dance party?
Looking awkward in the corner DANCING, obvs!
We teamed up with Much Digital Creator Mila Victoria and hairstylist Ania Wazny to bring you some festival-ready dance proof hairstyles for whatever Féria by L’Oréal Paris Smokey Pastel colour you prefer!
One look at Shay Mitchell’s Instagram feed has us picking our jaws off the floor. Our best guess for how she manages to have simultaneously flawless hair, skin and makeup is that she’s a goddess sent from the heavens to enlighten us all with her smokey eyes and beachy waves (either that or she has a killer hair/makeup team on her side- but we’ll go with a real-life goddess)
Just like music, festival style is all about expressing yourself and showing off your ~true colours~ so we traveled to Manchester, TN with Mila Victoria where she could show us hers with the help of Féria by L’Oréal Paris.
This ~free-spirited~ music festival brought out the *Pixie Princess Pink* in Mila as she swirled in the setting sun and frolicked through festival grounds while sporting Féria’s Smokey Pink hue. Click through to watch Mila’s pixie princess festival experience!
