TRENDING: Sushi Cats

The best instances always result from bizarre things getting married (take a look at Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes’ spawn for example) – and this is a belief that I’ve been dedicated to for the past couple of years. I couldn’t explain how this came about, but contrary to popular belief, it wasn’t something I adopted for the sake of being more likeable and relatable. Rather, it was something that came about ~organically~ because I took it upon myself to be more open-minded.

I therefore would like to present you with sushi cats: two of my favourite things existing as one entity (for the present time). This entire construct excited me so greatly I needed to articulate it as soon as humanly possible, and that is why this sushi cat collective is about to exist. I hope you are okay with this because the world is about to get really real. read more…

In Pseudo-Defence of Anne Hathaway

Source: Verbicide / Gettyimages

Anne Hathaway. The Princess of Genova, the cinematic apple of Christian Bale’s eye, the most fabulous of all fabulously unfashionable (fictional) fashion magazine assistants to ever grace the big screen. For a CV/IMBD profile chock-full of fun times, admirable royalty-ness (and a Walkman), it should come as no shock that here at Fora, Anne has assumed the role been appointed as a full-time magic pixie-haired lady.

But yet – we experienced fleeting moments of uncertainty as we continued our days of perusing the majestical world of the WWW, only to be faced with countless articles dedicated to (cruelly) undermining Anne’s accomplishments. And since figuring out why “Anne” and “Internet plague” are synonymous is physically impossible, for the sake of spandex bodysuits and the not-so ying to James Franco’s Oscar yang, let’s take a trip down ~memory lane~ and focus on all the things Anne has done right over the past couple of decades of being a celebrity human. read more…

8 Things Chloe Moretz And I Could Do If We Were Best Friends

Source: Nylon Mag

I have a confession to make: There have been multiple occasions where I’ve found myself absentmindedly perusing various Internet Website dedications to (former) blonde teenage beauty, Chloe Grace Moretz. I couldn’t tell you why so much of my time was invested to fetes so ostentatious, but now that those hours of my life have long-departed, I regret nothing.

Let me clarify that all of this Internet-creepage was done in the least weird way possible, as my dedication stems from pure admiration, good intentions, and not inappropriate obsession. Either way, each paragraph that I skimmed (at length) informed me that the teenage superstar frequently replies to the tweets of strange humans. “That could be me!” I exclaimed. And thus, this series of anecdotes has become semi-relevant, and my determination to become best friends with Chloe Moretz has now become a public idea that I hope can be shared amongst ourselves and our relevant social circles. To further add ~dimension~ to this very understandable topic, here are some pictorial executions of things that Chloe and I could do together once we’re #besties…so…I hope you enjoy! read more…

#Unapologetic Things We Learned From Rihanna’s Tweets

This week we’d like to honour bad girl RiRi for some…useful…things that we’ve learned from the Twitterverse. At first her tweets left many of us picking our jaws up off the floor (because how could someone possibly be so outspokenly vulgar?!), but then we realized that for someone whose signature move is a pat down of her crotch, we really shouldn’t be surprised. Nevertheless, us tweeters have grown accustomed and appreciative of RiRi’s abrasive tweets, which, although leave us feeling giddy, also leave us 1000% in admiration. Let’s face it – would you be bold enough to even think half of the things she tweets…? #unapologetic read more…

10 Reasons We Should All Join Zach Braff’s New Kickstarter Project

Photo: Kickstarter.com

So the good news is, Zach Braff is finally in the works of giving us another movie. The bad news is, there’s no funding to make it (yet). But that is where we can/should help him out. To refresh your memory: Zach Braff is the quirky, hilarious, and attractive man who wrote-directed-produced and starred in his film Garden State back in ’04. SO, if you consider yourself a movie-lover in any way/shape/form, then let’s just assume that you loved Garden State and have been impatiently waiting for another film that tells a story so simple, yet so memorable. While there have been other flicks that share this particular “Garden State-esque” essence — Juno, Little Miss Sunshine, The Perks of Being a Wallflower – I, for one, would la-la-love to see Mr. Braff get back behind (and in front) of the camera for some more movie-magic-making-moments. Therefore, I have put together a list of 10 reasons why we should and must get out butts onto Kickstarter to help Zach out. read more…

Daft Punk is taking a serious leap back into the spotlight of pretty much every stage of the entertainment world. Throwback Thursday: Awkward Celebrity Prom Photos

Spoiler Alert: The following post contains questionable 90s hair, Tupac in a white suit, and way too much organza + taffeta to be sartorially sane. But If there’s anything that this throwback has taught us (other than the fact that cow print and blue hair don’t mix) it’s that even celebs can’t escape the inevitably awkward photo ops associated with prom. So embrace the camera, maybe throw in a Cara face for good measure, and werk your prom hair – because even if you’re Princess Riri, you’ve got nothing on awkward prom photos. read more…

A Brief History of Cool-As-Hell Pharrell Collaborations

Source: XXL Mag

Pharrell Williams is the Renaissance man behind some of the most wide-ranging works to hit the (mostly elitist) market in the past decade. The man is an OG for being the illest jack-of-all-trades, having stimulated almost every industry from music to architecture. Pharrell’s cemented his peerless style and unrivaled imagination as the fore behind several successful business ventures, striking out every weaker-minded artist along the way. We raise a glass of his Qream with a Q cream liqueur to his magnum opus. read more…
